Returns & Refund Policy
At Hair & Beauty World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, our team is here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order details and photos of the issue where possible.
Once inspected and confirmed as faulty, we will provide either:
- A replacement product
- An equivalent replacement item
- Or a refund where applicable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty:
- Scissors & razors
- Beauty tools
- Hair care products
- Hair colour products
Electrical Returns & Warranty
When returning electrical products, please include your invoice or proof of purchase to ensure warranty eligibility.
We recommend returning items using a tracked shipping method, as Hair & Beauty World cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
